With reference to my Despatch No. 372 of

30th. July last and Mr. Chamberlain's reply No. 343 of the

11th. ultimo, I have the honour to request that you will be

so good as to take steps for the engagement of an additional

(Firth) English Junior Assistant Master for Queen's College,

provision for whose appointment has been made in the Estimates

for 1904.
